Heart and reason

The heart has its reasons in which reason knows nothing.

I wrote this quote in a piece of paper when I was in high school. I kept it in a notebook and I only found it again two weeks ago. I suddenly remembered how crazy I was when I was in love with this guy from my past. I don’t know what I saw in him but can you imagine, I was already planning on eloping with him!

It’s true. Our heart is far from sane when it comes to love. Reason flies out the window when cupid hits us with his arrow. I was once there.

Who would have known that the quote I wrote and kept would happen to me in real life?
