I miss Baguio City! I want to go back and stay there for a few days. I want to go back and see all the old tourist spots I’ve been to at least three times already. I will never get tired of Baguio and will forever be going there as a tourist.

My sisters and I declared that Baguio City will be our adopted hometown. We promised ourselves that we will go there at least once a year. But this year we were not able to go. I am hoping we can go back next year during summer.

It’ll be so much fun to go back and enjoy the cool weather!

Where is your happy place? What does it entails?

When I am upset about something, I always retreat to my safe place, my happy place, my vertical haven. I conjure memories of those years when things were still doing great. Those years when all I thought of was talking to him, being with him, hearing him laugh, seeing him smile.

That is my happy place. My sweet escape.

Are you one of those people who are afraid to get out of their comfort zone? Or are you one of the few who loves to challenge themselves to see how far they can go away from their comfort zone?

Whenever I feel sick, the first thing that I want to do is call out for mommy. That’s what we do when we’re kids, right? Call out to mommy and she will make the fever and bad feelings go away.

Now that we are grown-ups, we tend to lean on to the person we are closest to. If we’re still single and still living with the parents, then mommy’s still on top of the list. If married or living in with someone, to the partners. Too bad if you are living alone

And too bad for people like me who already lost their moms to death

We went to the cemetery yesterday. We offered candles, flowers and prayers for the loved ones who already went ahead of us. My brother. My mom. My grandmother. And the relatives we were close to growing up.

It’s always bittersweet for me. November 1st, All Saints’ Day. My family and I get to see relatives we hardly see throughout the year. It always feel like a reunion of sorts.

Yesterday, we went home just after lunch. We didn’t see so many relatives this time around. We needed to go home earlier than usual because of heavy rains and the fear of getting stuck in a horrible traffic jam. Next year, we won’t be going there anymore. Mom, brother and grandma will be transferred here in the city in a columbary.

I am totally in love with my new blog theme! In fact, if I would love to use this theme in another blog of mine. As I’ve said in a previous post, I love anything that has to do with notebooks. I collect cute and unique notebooks so why not a theme, right?

Anyway, I still have to make good my promise to update regularly. I also need to start dropping in EC again. I will do that or probably ask someone to do it for me.

For now, I have to do other tasks that has been pending for days. And then I will get some rest. I don’t want to overstretch myself and find out later that I’m back to being sick.

I’m sorry I haven’t been dropping that much lately. I have been down with the colds for the past couple of days and I haven’t been doing much work online. I am still resting a bit but will be back as soon as I feel 100% okay.

I will try to return drops in a little while. I’m still catching up on some tasks I need to get done asap. After that, I swear I will try to stay longer online to return the drops I got.
